With a deep-rooted passion for construction and a commitment to excellence, Josh embarked on a journey to create Z&J Homes (formerly Zylstra Building & Remodeling) in 2021. His journey in the construction industry spans over 10 years, and throughout this time, Josh has honed skills that make him specifically qualified in the areas of custom builds, landscape design, and home remodels.

As a co-founder of Z&J Homes, Brandon brings many years of experience in sales, in addition to a wide variety of skills in construction. Brandon prides himself in relationship building with an emphasis on communication, ensuring our customers are updated and included throughout the entire construction process.

Sierra Zylstra has been a part of the Z&J Homes team from day one as Josh's partner in business and in life, his wife! Sierra works on the more creative and organizational side of the business in her roles as the Administrative Assistant and Social Media Marketer. As a former first grade teacher, Sierra has a very wide and unique skill set that makes her an asset to the company!
